1. Who we are

Showcase Rack (“the Rack,” “we,” “us”) is a free people’s museum of the hobby. Collectors hang photos of finds and short stories — not listings, not a storefront.

Showcase Rack is currently operated as a sole proprietorship (personal), not an LLC. The parent calligraphy mark is a house mark only — not a product logo and not a company name.

2. What the Rack is (and isn’t)

Is: A free place to share photos and stories of collectibles — cards, toys, memorabilia, and more.

Isn’t: A marketplace, auction house, dealer, or escrow service. We do not sell your items. We do not pressure anyone to sell. Nothing on the board is a live price quote or sold-comp feed. Use your own sources (for example, eBay sold listings) to inspect real comps.

Hanging on the Rack is free.

3. Agreeing to these Terms

By using the site — browsing, hanging a showcase, or contacting us — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Rack.

4. Your Showcase (user content)

When you submit a photo, story, handle, or other material (“your Showcase”), you keep ownership of your content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and share your Showcase on the site and on our social channels for the purpose of running and promoting the people’s museum. We may crop or resize images for layout.

You promise that: you have the right to share what you submit; your Showcase does not infringe others’ rights; it is not illegal, harassing, deceptive, or abusive.

We may refuse, edit, or remove any Showcase that appears illegal, infringing, off-topic, or harmful — with or without notice.

Removal: Email contact@showcaserack.com with enough detail to find it. We will make a reasonable effort to take it down.

5. Your responsibilities

Use the Rack in good faith. Do not upload malware, spam, or scraped dumps; impersonate; post others’ private info; abuse the site; or use it as an unlicensed storefront or to pressure sales.

6. Shows, Field Guide, and outbound links

Show listings are for real, published events. Showcase Field Guide email is optional when offered. Some outbound links may be affiliate — see Affiliates.

7. No warranties

The Rack is provided as is. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of comps or calendar listings, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to US $50 or the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the Rack or from your Showcase.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The Last updated date at the top is the notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], USA.
